Flapjackery

From humble beginnings in 2015 baking flapjacks at home for sale at festivals, Carol Myott and Sally Jenkin have grown Flapackery into a thriving retail luxury flapjack business.

Carol and Sally began their business in their own home kitchens in Tavistock until they moved into a small industrial unit which has enabled them to continue to expand.

Flapjackery employs more than 20 people with shops in Tavistock, Wells and Minehead.

Flapjackery only produces flapjacks that are made with British butter, British oats and the finest luxury ingredients. They are all gluten free, and there is a range of vegan flapjacks available too.

The flapjacks are sold at events and festivals, online through the website and in their own shops.

Ocean rowing record breaker and full time ocean rowing coach, Duncan Roy has been training Guy and David for the past year preparing them for their expedition. With 3 ocean crossings, plus over 2/3rds circumnavigation of the UK, Duncan has been a pillar of strength and knowledge and a great asset to the team.
